To employ individuals who have intellectual disabilities to learn and master the skills needed to bake, package and market healthy dog treats while empowering them to be part of a successful work team and active members of the community.

Vision

Our vision is to create a presence throughout Delaware as the largest producer of healthy dog treats, baked and packaged by persons with intellectual disabilities. Our vision includes remaining a leader in workplace inclusion by being an employee centered business that showcases the talents, hard work and creativity of our bakers and the dedication of our volunteers.
