Our own Melissa was recently honored by Special Olympics Delaware as “Athlete of the Year” – an amazing honor for an amazing friend!

Melissa has played numerous sports over the years, excelling across the board.

Waggies is once again participating and competing in the “A Community Thrives” fundraising campaign! Thanks to your generous support, this was a huge success in 2021 and we’re hoping to top that in 2022. Each week between July 18 and August 12 has one of two themes.
- July 18-25 and August 1-8 are “top donor count” weeks, where participants with the largest number of unique donors eligible for extra grant awards
- July 25-August 1 and August 8-12 are “top dollar donation” weeks, where the total amount donated determines recipients of the additional grant awards.
