Maggie loves clothes, shopping and working out with her trainer. She is a gal of few words but communicates quite well through sign language and gestures. Maggie is a proud member of the Waggie baking team and excels at cutting out the "bones" and placing them on the baking tray. Special Olympic sports and hanging with friends are important to this energetic and caring young woman.

Elizabeth likes saving her money for a trip to New York to take in a Broadway show. "Jersey Boys" and “Legally Blonde” are among her favorites. Updating the customer data base and typing the shipping labels are among Elizabeth's duties. She is excited to be in business with her best friend and looks forward to being the first female with Down syndrome to become a marketing executive.

Laura has an hour bus ride but eagerly dives into her work as soon as she arrives. Her attention to detail and her focus are remarkable as she completes all of the tasks in the baking process. In her spare time Laura loves dancing and looks forward to her weekly hip-hop classes. Laura's busy schedule includes working at the Bob Evans Restaurant in Middletown, Delaware on weekends.

Eric is our 'Mr. Clean". He not only does a great job of preparing the bones for the oven, he makes the baking trays shine at the end of the day. Eric keeps the volunteers and bakers entertained with his knowledge of movie trivia. His favorite line on payday is "Show me the money!" |

Becky is much like the energizer bunny. Once she starts working, she just, goes and goes and goes. She is a great worker and enjoys packaging the bones as much as being involved in the baking process. Becky is active in Special Olympics where she excels in tennis and golf. Lewes, Delaware is her favorite getaway spot and weekend hangout.

Matt is better known as the man at the mixer. He arrives at baking half an hour earlier than the rest of the crew so he can get a head start on the dough. He's a great worker and in his spare time is a true sports fan for every season. The Philadelphia teams are his hometown favorites but the Boston Red Sox hold a place in his heart as well. Special Olympics soccer and basketball keep Matt active and in shape.

Corrine is the newest member of the Waggie team and hails from Newark, Delaware. She has become an expert at measuring the dry ingredients and and is very conscientious about getting things ready for the next day of baking. She loves her dogs, and enjoys Nascar racing. |
